GET SOME HELP

Divorce is one of the most stressful times in a man's life, especially when he has to fight for time with his kids.

You should not feel that you have to go through this alone.

You should see a therapist who has experience helping men like you.

I recommend:

Dr. Stephen R. Feldman, Jr., J.D., Ph.D.
Seattle Psychological Associates
Grand Central Building, suite 333
216 - First Ave. S., Seattle, WA 98104
(206) 621-7007 (call 9 to 4)  /  fax: (206) 623-9267

                Steve Feldman

The J.D. after his name stands for "Juris Doctor" -- Steve was a lawyer before he changed careers to become a psychologist, so he has a unique insight into what you're going through.

There is another psychologist in Seattle named Stephen Feldman; his office is on Pill Hill. He specializes in treating people with multiple personality disorder, so my Stephen Feldman tells me he has to be very careful talking to new patients on the phone!

Dr. Feldman shares space near the Seattle courthouse with other psychologists who are involved with the child custody process, including several parenting plan evaluators who are often appointed by the courts. Be on your best behavior in the waiting room, and don't talk about anything related to your divorce or your child(ren) with anybody there except Dr. Feldman.
